After a bumpy start to my van hire I didn't imagine I would be giving Budget a 5 star review. If you NEED a van then you're probably moving home or at the very least moving something big and heavy so, you're already stressed before you even start driving. After a few kind and understanding words from Chloe at Putney I knew she understood this. Chloe listens, suggests resolutions and presents a personal touch for Budget. Many thanks

Wanted 80 for a few hours for a small van with a 1500 excess! Might want to change the name from Budget. I suggest you guys shop around. Found one for exactly half that price. Total rip off.
