Incredibly rude customer service from the booking agents. I specifically spoke with Stuart Bell and another man named Chris. They both hung up on me after loosing his patience on the telephone. I was very dissapointed and felt there was no need for a member of customer service to speak to me in that way. In fact, it was rather upsetting. Would recommend you replace your customer service team.

It was very expensive for very little time. The set was ok. No where to sit as a group. Customer service not particularly friendly. A long way from public transport.
