Me and my Partner came here for our date night. We've been welcomed by a friendly staff. The atmosphere in the restaurant was cosy and comfortable. We've ordered a combo meal for two, which is basically all 3 mains ( Burger, lobster and lobster roll ) but it's already shared in half for 2 people on separate plates. The food was absolutely amazing. The cocktail department needs bit of improvement, the taste of cosmopolitan and espresso martini is not the best and bit overpriced. Besides that, the experience was top notch. Would recommend to anyone to come.

The staff here are delightful, especially the secret veggie (you know who you are... because animals...) Their great customer service for a post lockdown meal made our night out an utter joy! Clean, tidy, lovely atmosphere, and exceptionally clean toilets - always a plus! First time trying lobster, and it was very tasty! We had both steamed and grilled, recommended the smoky flavour of the grilled! You have to try the ice cream dessert, by far the creamiest ice cream I’ve had in a VERY long time! We’ll definitely be back to sample the lunch menu!

Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk wasn’t very welcoming. After managing to find us somewhere to sit, we waited for a menu which eventually one of the waiters told us to scan the QR code for the menu. The waiter was very friendly! I have been to Burger & Lobster before in Leicester Square & loved it, so decided to come after a while. The lobster was delicious, however it tastes much better steamed. The burger was quite disappointing, it was quite dry and flavourless, will not order again. But will come back for the lobster again. As someone who has a toddler, I feel like there should be more food options which is easy for kid’s to eat. Just a suggestion! Overall, this place was ok. Waiter definitely made the experience better as he was very lovely.

One of my favourite places to dine out in Canary wharf. The atmosphere is relaxed, the waiters are charming and the lobster always tastes amazing. My only gripe is that the amount of lobster meat in the lobsters seem to have reduced, but still delicious nonetheless. In the current climate, social distancing and protective measures are in place to protect both staff and customers. Excellent all round. Would love it if you brought back the original 20 lobster!

* Staff; as soon as we walked in, they made us feel so welcoming. Chatty and friendly and accommodating. *Decore: generally ok but the lighting! I mean I normally like mood lighting but this was ridiculous. I struggled to read the menu and when the bill arrived, I couldn't even see what was written in it. *Food: this place never disappoints. I love the Lobster but the lobster roll is the best. In my experience, this is the best place to enjoy a lobster.
