Con artists! Followed a link on Facebook promising ten free spins without deposit. Signed up and followed all the steps. Nothing. After two hours on chat was told I needed to prove the advert existed and email them. Finally found the advert in my fbook history and send a screenshot. After a week they finally replied to say something went wrong when I clicked the link and so they WOULD NOT honor the advert. False advertising. Negligence. Awful customer service. Dont touch these liars with a barge poll.

To me it is a nice place to relaxed and play if you have money but it is very clean in side the staff are nice they are doing their work I respected them I will give them 5 ster because their food is good and I never win hahahahahah and they all ways smile.
Great staff managers are also very friendly... Plenty of staff.. always in uniform... cant fault this buzz bingo hall... best one around by far... even new staff do there best to help.. if they cant they will always get someone more capable at that time..
There not uniformed in there service lack of staff both in the main hall and machine area. One of there own main hall staff had to find some one to deal with a machine i was playing on and the male manager at the time did not seem that bothered this was yesterday. Most of them do not wear ID tags so you have not got a clue who you are talking to. They need to brush up on there CR. These comments are aimed at the Owners Buzz Bingo not the staff ...Employ more staff,They need to get some new mechanical machines the 3 orange clock and the rest of them are being repaired with cardboard and sellotape the staff do what they can to repair them i have lost money playing these machines due to them not being reparable It's not right customers spend a lot of money on these machines and the owners should make sure there maintained properly or remove them ...
Excellent atmosphere. Top class customer service. Very friendly and welcoming. Won twice on my first visit. Wasnt too expensive.
My first time at bingo. Not sure what to make of it. The place looks a bit sad with all the people just sitting there watching their numbers. You can get food and drinks. The staff was very helpful. You don't have any control over the game so it can get quite frustrating. But some people did win money.
Absolutely brilliant. Atmosphere amazing and staff as good as you can get. 5 star rating from me. Highly recommend to play bingo here.
I went in the afternoon, the place was practically empty. When I did win I ended up sharing it with half of the participants. They were giving away free lunch with a coupon but some how, I didn't get one, the young lady at the bar notified me. The electronic devices and book prices are highly ridiculous to the prize money they are giving away. A total waste of money. The decor is depressing and miserable, it's a lifeless atmosphere you get going here.
