The driver was DANGEROUS. He swerved across lanes on the motorway, he stopped at the wrong place at traffic lights. He appeared unsteady on his feet when he stepped out of the car. I reported the driver to KVC and they ignored me. I am reporting it to the police. I will never use this service again, and I suggest you do NOT use KVC, either.

Called for pick up from st pancreas. No cabbie called me to confirm his arrival. Was put on hold 3 times with the controller asking what was going on and he was apparently calling driver. Now I've been put on automatic block when calling to give them an earful. Avoid at all costs.
Had a trip to Gatwick Airport from Sabine road Clapham junction,very professional, i was late coming out of my home, driver waited patiently,when i entered the cab i was upbreathed,driver offered me water,well that was not necessary but still nice gesture from driver,perfect airport ride
