I spent the day doing 'Cooking the Roux Way' with Masterchef winner Steve Groves, late last year. It was honestly the best experience I have had at a cooking school. We got to make incredible food, the support on hand was excellent and very hands on. They even catered for my lactose intolerance with my ingredients. I can't wait to do another course at Cactus Kitchens. Thanks to the whole team there for a superb day.
