I joined the Women's Self-Defence class, and I absolutely love it. Julian is an excellent teacher, giving us helpful tips on how to improve technique and strength, challenging us to help us progress with our practice, as well as sharing interesting anecdotes related to our routines. Additionally, his teaching style is welcoming and relaxed, creating a supportive and friendly environment. I would highly recommend his classes, both to complete beginners and to people with some experience.

Excellent environment, careful teaching, warm, patient and encouraging coaching and interesting approach to martial arts. Mixing and delivering different techniques to each course. I recommend it inexpensively!
