I found Camilla last January via a google search of local PTs. I wanted to make fitness a regular part of my life (having tried and failed at several gyms in the past) and had never really done any strength work at all. She is supportive, encouraging and just the right balance of challenging and understanding: perfect for someone who is just starting out on a fitness journey. She also taught me a lot about why each exercise would be beneficial. I was able to meet her in a local park for training and she also gave me workouts to do at home in between our weekly sessions. Now, one year on, I am stronger and fitter and able to achieve goals I never thought possible.

When I fell pregnant it was really important to me to continue exercising (having been an amateur runner and triathlete as well as regular gym-goer) but I was also aware that I would need to modify my training as my pregnancy progressed. I therefore wanted a specialist PT, knowledgable in pre-natal exercise to ensure that I was as fit and physically prepared as possible for the upcoming birth and motherhood without causing potential injury. I found Camilla through searching online for local specialists and straight from the first session I found her to be very knowledge, professional and most of all fun! Camilla had a variety of equipment and the sessions were challenging, varied and adapted to my growing belly, right up until our last session at 39 weeks! She was also more than willing to share her knowledge and send articles on postpartum recovery and RD/PF healing. I would highly recommend Camilla and am only sorry that she will no longer be in the London area to continue my training postpartum.
Fab so brilliant
Camilla is a fantastic trainer. She is really motivating and she listens to what you want to get out of the sessions and then tailors them for your purpose. I also really liked the fact that she created detailed plans that I could follow at home (even in a tiny space) and then she would update them if necessary. Highly recommend her.
Having not exercised much at all for a long time, I was feeling unmotivated and extremely tired due to peri-menopuase. Camilla has been incredibly encouraging and motivating. I have felt a great improvement in my ability to push myself further with each session, my energy levels are much better and can see positive changes in my appearance. I always look forward to my workouts which I something I never thought I would say!
