I don’t have the the best experience with this practice. I went in 3 times and the 1st time I was badly sick with viral infection in my throat that was turning into bronchitis. I asked if I could have antibiotics as I was sick for 2 months almost and the doctor told me to stop high-jacking and I don’t need those and should quit smoking immediately. Sent home no help given, had to go to the hospital where they prescribed me antibiotics for 2weeks! The 2nd time I went in was perfect as the GP Lead was working on my case and everything was sorted out in minutes, however the place I was referred to did not call back at all or provide any future appointment details (assuming cuz of corona). I had to contact the reception multiple times to ask for a chase officer to help me with my referral. Last time I went in (Tuesday) I had a lovely doctor do my tests in minutes everything was fine however the reception DID NOT email my results to the appropriate doctor? I had to submit a ticket now to check on them if they sent it??? My question is if I had to go through this and have moderate health issues what do the other patients go through? Canberra you honestly need to change your whole reception staff this is absolutely unacceptable. Just an honest review.

Always been very impressed with this GP surgery. The building is very modern and clean. Appointments are always relatively quick to get. And they seem to have handled COVID-19 very well, with someone manning the door to control access to the building, and very quick responses to the online consultations done through the app

I was attended by Hind the last couple of times I went to this surgery and she was a fresh of breath air, she was warm, efficient and incredibly compassionate. She put my mind at ease. Her positive attitude and high calibre and outstanding attention to her patient care is amazing, she is by far the best NHS staff I have ever met. Thank you Hind!

Don't get confused for a nice new place, there is many issues, like,every time i want to book a blood test, they say excuses for Don't do it,then i need to do a important urgent test, they told me the waiting list was max 10days, but has passed 3 weeks and nothing! Now i will go in my country to do this test, way more secure and faster Every time i go there, the doctor looks always in rush,like i have only 2 minutes to visit you.. Very disappointing

I saw Hind twice this week and both visits she was warm, welcoming, incredibly efficient and compassionate. Even though she had a busy schedule, she was very friendly, attentive and we shared a few laughs. Her positive attitude and outstanding patient care deserve a gold medal. Thanks Hind! I highly recommend!
