Finally a quick and transparent referencing process! We’ve had horrible experiences with UK referencing agencies. Canopy staff was very helpful and professional. Most importantly their procedures are very transparent as you can see the progression of all the steps in referencing through the app and get instant notifications when someone submits a reference for you and when it’s verified by the team. Furthermore if there’s anything you want to ask them or provide some explanation about your references the customer service team are extremely helpful on the phone. Keep up the good work!
