I called them this morning about my steering wheel to repair. Very kind and helpful customer service quick respond quick solution. They came on the same day around 2pm and in an hour they fixed my car ! I will definitely recommend and use them service again! I ordered a replacement key for my Volvo V70 as the existing one wasn't operating the locking system. The key came back and worked perfectly for some months. It then developed a fault that meant the ignition system wasn't recognising it and I contacted Car Key Solutions. Despite the problem being a different function of the key, and the key itself being a week or so out of warranty they took it back, fixed the fault and returned it almost by next post. Excellent customer service from skilled people who are a pleasure to do business with.

Called Car Key Solutions having had a nightmare time after losing my car keys. Stefan arrived on time same day and gained access, reprogrammed new keys and left me feeling great. He reassured me that he will sort out the problem and he did, I must say he seemed to enjoy it as well. They give free guarantee and key fob so if you lose it and someone finds it they can trace you back. 100% would recommend for anyone. quality service and great workmanship.

Car keys solutions fixed and replaced my key sent and returned via courier within a few days. Was very happy as everything went smoothly and my key was fixed and returned quickly as promised. My only minor complaint would be that I did not receive any information regarding the transaction via email to confirm, and I received no replies to the texts that I sent. That being said there were no issues with my returned key and all went well so all good..

I placed an online order to have my damaged van key to be repaired. My order was placed on a Saturday, the following Monday it was collected and by the Wednesday my key was delivered back to me. The key is like new and works perfectly. I can not recommend them highly enough and I’m very pleased with the outcome.
