Staff are over top salesmen. Just want to look at a car and they won't leave you alone. But that is their job.

Bubbly and nice staff but that’s all I can say at this point. I got sold a car with false information.I specifically asked if there was anything needed doing to the car and I was told that the car was perfect. I trusted them as you can’t view a car during COVID .On the day we got the car they were a few problems so we had to return it for two days ASAP .Some of these problems are simple problems that they could’ve fixed before giving us a car for example the battery being flat.I do not think CarGiant helped us to the best of their capability as after “fixing” the car another warning light came up the day after and instead of them fixing it they asked us to go to Vauxhall instead . Would I come here again though? Yes if I got to personally see and test the car first and get it checked by Vauxhall not by them .

Really good experience buying from cargiant. We were moving from two smaller cars to one family car. This was the best value we found and the customer service was excellent. And two weeks in, the car is doing great.
