Do not use this company for rug cleaning. I recently gave them 2 rugs to clean with dissapointing results and service. First of all collection was 2 days late and we were asked to pay 100% up front before the owner would agree to clean the rugs as confirmed over text. Then payment was made to a personal bank account which seemed strange. Lastly the rugs arrived back smellng heavily of chemical spray but little evidence of cleaning had taken place as all the same marks remained. I requested a refund as I was not happy with the service for all these reasons stated but the owner declined. Rugs are being collected tomorrow by different company to be cleaned.

Brad cleaned up a secondhand chair and a sofa soaked in cat urine perfectly. Will definitely use this service again - cat is a repeat offender. Chris

Good carpet cleaners. Price was good and they got all the marks out. 4 starts as they were late arriving and didn't advise me, but otherwise everything was great
Great service, with great prices too. Would highly recommend. Carpets are like new again and done in no time at all, will defiantly be using again. A very happy customer :)
