Just had these guys in to re carpet my entire house, from start to finish they have been nothing but professional. There's was a few off cuts left over at the end which they kindly whipped up a couple of rugs at no extra charge. Already booked them in to measure up for another property, would highly recommend.

AVOID USING THESE GUYS I rarely post reviews but I hope to prevent others the disappointing outcome that we experienced. Carpet Express fitted the carpet for our entire house at great expense. The hall carpet is beautiful but clearly needs a specialist to fit (which these guys are not). The carpet has shrunk away from the walls in the hallway and come away from the stairs on a number of steps. It is challenging to get hold of anyone, when I have managed to get through I was given three separate appointments for which no one turned up, no message or call as to why. Eventually someone did attend, very nice guys and knocked in the nails that were left previously (and had drawn blood from me daughters toes) BUT before the day was out the carpet in the hallway has come away from the walls AGAIN despite reassurance from the guys that this wouldn't happen. I can only imagine the carpet it has been cut too small and therefore will continue to happen. Nice people when you get through but shoddy workmanship. I would avoid at all costs. A truly disappointing outcome.

I have used Carpet Express for a number of years and always found them friendly and honest. The job they have just done for us was brilliant, laying sisal throughout our flat which is not easy. Luke and Ben were excellent fitters and absolute stars. Thank you Tony, Jack, Bradley and all the management too!
