Although Imran done the job, I got a parking ticket while he had my car. He did not even tell me that he got the ticket, I only found out when the letter dropped through my door. I have been trying to get the money for the parking ticking off him since July after many promise he will pay it. I used Click Mechanic to book him and they are saying that are only there to put you in contact with a mechanic. He avoids your messages and calls. if you go to Cartek in Chingford, it seems to be always be closed. AVOID. I will be going to a small claims court to get my money.

Gave the garage my car for a full service he gave the car back with the engine light on COWBOYS !!! DO NOT TRUST I strongly suggest you do not use these guys the main guy IMRAN is a fraud he lies and lies this guy is not even a ltd company i strongly suggest do not use CARTEK CHINGFORD
Great little garage ,and the owner Imran is very helpful and knowledgeable, took my E38 there , diagnosis was excellent as were the prices! Recommend it.
Had great service from Imran at Cartek Chingford after being put in touch via ClickMechanic. COVID-19 meant that it was almost impossible to find the part needed to fix my car in the UK. Imran made extra effort to track down the part over several weeks to help me avoid paying for a *hugely* expensive spare from Suzuki directly ... which was greatly appreciated and saved me a huge chunk of cash. He was also able to quickly do an MOT at the same time. His garage picked up and dropped off the car and put the key through the letterbox so I didn't even have to be in. Great service and a great price. Recommended .
Failed to have car ready on time as promised. Car then got a parking ticket when they left it on the road. Only found out when I got notice to owner. Despite several visits to garage and promises to pay, it still has not been done. Also the price quoted was not the end price & they only rectified 1 out of 3 issues. Very bad experience. STAY AWAY....... I can now add that I was threatened with a wheel brace by one of the operatives, I had to call the police. Further to that I was accused by the owner of stealing batteries from the garage! Unbelievable! These are the kind of people who give good, honest mechanics a bad name.....
