The guy with a long beard is extremely obnoxious, ill-mannered and unprofessional. This fast talking gentleman has no idea how to communicate with people (apparently the manager). The prices are sky high and these people don't understand \good customer service\. Beware of their prices and buy online.
Very expensive and doesn't even last as it should
Went to refill our ink cartridge yesterday, and must say amazing customer service! and the price was only 10 instead of the usual 35. Highly recommend this place.
