I have been with this practice since 2014 and saw an amazing improvement in both their care and patient management services. They are incredibly fast in replying to requests and any issues are quickly solved. Reception is helpful and friendly! I very much recommend this practice.

Unfortunately I cant remember the name of the GP whom i spoke to, but she did have an Irish accent on the phone. I had a same day evening appointment after submitting a consultation request a couple hours before the phone call. She was very polite and competent. She had knowledge of CFS and had looked into it in her own time to better understand it. She had read what I had written so I did not have to repeat myself. Easy to speak to and patient.

I had my first appointment with Nurse Joy yesterday and it could not have gone better. Joy was very friendly, welcoming and patient and put me completely at ease during my appointment, despite my anxiety. This is my second visit to this centre and on both occassions my experience has been fantastic, from the reception staff through to the doctor and now Nurse Joy. Thank you!

Since joining this practise last year I’ve had nothing but positive and outstanding experiences. Nothing is too much for the staff and they go above and beyond for their patients! I never have to wait long for an appointment or online consultation. The Dr IQ app is great!!! Couldn’t recommend it more! So easy to book an online consultation when going in isn’t necessary and works around my work life! Highly highly recommend and thank you sincerely to all the staff at the surgery for their continued work and support!

Had to post a review as surprised with lack of credit this surgery is given. I was dealt with a lot of care and professionalism. Appointment took much longer than 10 minutes but was assured by the practice Manager Reena was extremely helpful and polite - she dealt with my concerns promptly and was highly professional. Felt safe, especially after this pandemic.
