The people that work here are of the highest quality. They are so kind and helpful. There is not the widest selection of foods but this is a safe well organized and well stocked place to shop. I have shopped here for years. Love it

So disappointed! There was a person walking around with no mask. Nothing was done. They couldn't ask her to leave as they didn't have the authority. They said she might have a medical condition, but if that's the case, she should be asked to use a face shield (as many others we wearing there) or get someone else to shop for you (or order groceries online etc). There is no longer an excuse for this behaviour. As a store they have every right to not provide her a service, but due to the store rules, she was free to walk around and potentially infect workers, customers, and their families with Covid, potentially killing them. I will not be back to this store. I gave family I care about and will not put them at risk. If you're an anti-masker, this place is for you. If you're a decent human being, I suggest you shop elsewhere. There are many more grocery stores in London. Shop as if your family matters.
As a single person shopping primarily for myself I found No Frills to be confusing. Granted its isn't my usual store but some flyer specials intrigued me. Finding the sale prices on the shelves was daunting. Where were they? Most times I couldn't find them and going thru the app after the first two became tedious. They are also a family oriented store, that's great for families), but I had difficulty finding meats packed in anything smaller than Club Packs. On the up side store was clean, staff attentive and helpful. I should have led off with that. That's why the fourth star is there. Not my store but it may be yours.
Lots of parking at this location. Service is usually excellent. Good selection. The organic section needs a bit of improvement. I frequently see people looking for items in the aisle but walking away without putting anything in their cart. I've had the same experience. I know now what they carry in the aisle.
Nice place for shopping, need more care, very crowded, I got my produce in 10min, but I have to line for twenty minutes to reach the cashier.
