Due to COVID-19 and the closure of the Shepherd’s Bush workshop I had to use the Charlotte street branch. This was inconvenient for me but understandable. The staff friendly and no issues handing over and collecting. Hopefully your other branch opens back up soon. Thanks for keeping me on the road and working through this pandemic.

I have been a customer of Central Bikes in Charlotte Street for about 10 years now and just collected what is now my third bike through them today. As ever Guy, Tom, Vito and the rest of the team are super helpful, patient, friendly - everything you would wish for from a bike shop. They always make me feel confident with my purchases and the after sales service is also excellent. Whether you are a seasoned rider or just looking to get started, I cannot recommend Central Bikes enough.
