I'm baffled about these negative reviews. I've used Charles Alexander & Co for a number of years and my experience has been nothing less than exemplary. Charles is extremely professional and knowledgeable. The quality of his work is excellent. He gives solid and valuable advice on financial matters, is very personable and is one of the hardest working financial experts I've dealt with. He's always at the end of phone when needed. If I could give more than 5 stars I wouldn't hesitate. I would highly recommend Charles Alexander & Co

Worst company to deal with! The receptionist lady was the only polite lady. Spoke to a gentleman named Emanuel and he refused to help with my problem that arised because of them! Then he tried to claim he couldn't hear me over the phone and got rude. Never would i use this company. No professionalism!!!
Charles (real name charalampoo) will give you all the spiel that he will save you money etc...but be warned it will cost you a lot more! He fixes ATOL and IATA applications for his clients and eventually they become a cropper. He had been investigated a few times before for his shoddy dealings. WARNING WARNING WARNING
How this man passes as an accountant baffles me. Unliked by many people it seems. Warning don't use likely to be struck off!
