Such a good time at Bang Bang. There are many Oriental food huts to see. Can mix and match from different vendors. Highly recommend desserts here. This can get really busy on the weekend. Nice and clean. Free parking available too. Good place to bring children and friends.

Greatly disappointed in their customer service. There was a limited promotion happening where you had to buy one Hello Kitty drink along with a regular drink and you will be able to get a bag. I double checked with them before buying to see if it was still available. The lady at the counter checked the drawers and responded it still is. Once we picked up the drinks she said "sorry we don't have anymore left". I was very disappointed in how they could lie to you, the wait was long and the workers didn't seem happy whilst working. I definitely won't buy from them again.

Really nice honeydew milk tea (good with mango jelly) and mango cooler (good with popping pearls). The drinks taste nice and are reasonably priced but they are ALWAYS out of stock on many of the main items. The past 3 times I have gone they did not have any popping pearls or jelly and the drinks without the extra toppings are not worth it as they can be bland. When there is stock, it is good (I would give it a 4 out of 5) but when they are out of stock there is not much to chose from. If they work on keeping stocks up to date it will really help.

I just had the worst and most unfriendly employee ever. Havent had such a bad customer experience before and I worked in many places so I know maybe sometimes we are not in the mood but you don’t show that to customers. She was on her phone the whole time, every time I’d ask for something shes say we dont have it nope no and after reading 103920 drinks I ask, well what do you have? For her to name one product. Well thanks u could’ve started with that lol So useless.

The quality has dropped dramatically. Sooo much ice, hardly any taste to it now. Massively disappointed. Tell you friends and families to steer clear and let’s hope something better will come along soon and maintain the standards it promises to deliver to customers.

Yesterday I went there around 8pm and ordered a oolong milk tea but received a oolong tea and the person who served me told me I said it wrong and when he went to tell his staff what happened he spoke behind my back in Cantonese when I could understand him. Then I asked for them to change it to a chatime milk tea and it tasted like water and there was zero sugar taste when I asked for 50%. When asked to remake it the only excuse they said was “it’s gonna taste the same even if we remake it” so we got a refund in the end. I always get a bubble tea from them every-time I go there, not anymore. Very disappointed They also only had around less than 10 items on the menu which was quite upsetting as there was still a couple hours till they closed.

I went today to get a bubble waffle and I was very disappointed they didn't have a lot of option plus some were out of stock. The options are a original waffle, mocha waffle or chocolate waffle each for 3.95 pounds, then you can add an ice cream for 2 pound and the topping option are banana, strawberry, red beans, popping pearl or the waffle stick depending how many you want different price. I asked for a original waffle and starberry topping, all they gave me was 1 miserable strawberry. If you want one of these definitely don't get it here, I tried some in Camden town or in the Centre of London for the same price and they are SOOO much better.

Absolutely terrible!!! Very appauled at the service, ordered a mango cooler and was told they run out so agreed to melon flavour which was absolutely disgusting. I only took one sip and kindly went to ask if I could exchange it, the woman was very rude and treated me terrible. She refused to exchange and turned her back to me. TERRIBLE, avoid at all costs!!! Never have i been treated so badly by a service, where is the customer service skills!
