Reading the reviews I must think and I feel lucky ... I bought a Honda Forza 125cc almost a year ago and with several extras ... from minute one to yesterday they have always treated me with courtesy, kindness and very attentive to help and solve problems and there were several ... you have to understand that sometimes they are saturated, normal. busy. but nothing out of the ordinary ... and if I can confirm that it is a real chaos how the store has it, but hey this point they have to be able to update. but when it comes to customer service and technical service. I can only give one word. EXCELLENT.

Used store to get motorbike serviced / mot'd Impressed , went back this week to get scooter mot'd Failed as expected. I was kept informed. Returned scooter having rectified those small failings, passed Good experience all round, but have to mention Jamie, who talked me through faults, really nice guy, but Muntii was the star for me. Excellent people skills ( 40 years of customer service here, so I can spot it ) made the whole process friendly & personal. Found all team, fine. new bikes freshly delivered Showrooms being expanded & refurbished, add in covid etc. Not the easiest of circumstances to operate under, but they did magnificently well. A 5 star experience here.

Have been a regular customer for a few years now. Just collected my bike yesterday. Great service again from Muntii at the till and the guys getting their hands dirty on the bike. Will be back ..well, hopefully not any time soon! (-:
