This is my favourite massage place, whether you come here to have a relaxing massage or a massage to fix back issues, you definitely get what you are looking for. I was in so much pain on my way there, with a very sore back, my therapist asked me a few questions and took it from there, I left, fixed! I have also tried their facials. This is my second home and could not recommend it more.
BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! I wanted to buy a package of 4 treatments for GBP 72 and instead of charging me GBP 288 they charged me GBP 300. When I demanded an explanation the owner just said \so you have something for next time\ and offered that I could buy something in their shop for the GBP 12 they took from me. Only when I threatened them with calling the police and pressing charges against them did the owner agree to give me the GBP 12. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Absolutely wonderful expience at Chi Yu this evening. My first time there. I stopped in for reflexology and ended up having a 45 minute acupressure massage with Ellie. Truly, probably the best massage I’ve ever gotten. Everyone there was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
