Nice homely atmosphere with friendly staff. The decor gave off a modern Italian vibe with traditional music playing to make you feel at home. The staff were quite friendly and gave a good service. The time I entered it didn't seem many people inside but the staff were hard at work still as they offer delivered foods. Really nice staff but can't say the same about the food. I ordered a starter and a main. The starter was a Ricotta Bruschetta and it had good overall flavors but the toast was burnt round the edges ruining the overall experience. The main was a Burrata and was not up to par either. The crust was nice it had good char and the dough you could tell was well developed and risen. Light and airy. However as you went closer to the middle there was pools of liquid and the mozzarella wasn't boned well with the base and you could tell different distinct layers. The Parmesan was a nice addition but took the show. Before the starter I ordered a Cortado and it had a good balance of sweetness and acidity however the milk foam wasn’t textured how I was hoping it was not as smooth and the foam sat on top rather than being textured Microbubbled milk. They have the right idea and good execution with a real woodfire oven which infuses the pizza with charred flavours and has to be taken out at the right second, so the Burrata could of been better however as they are still in their first months of opening ill be back to see if they hit the right second next time.

A very comfortable place, where you can eat pizza accompanied with a good drink. The tomato sauce you used really complimented the pizza.
Delicious pizza! I ordered the 'Salsiccia e Friarielli’ and I could taste the quality in the beautiful flavours. Really tasty crust and base - would highly recommend!!
The food was absolutely delicious, just like how nonna used to make! Lovely staff members. Both starters and mains were absolutely delicious. Pizza tasted soo fresh and love how good the burrata was on the pizza. Would definitely recommend this place!
