As a buyer for the developer Linea Homes I work with a lot of commercial agents. I have always found Phil and Nathan to be professional, knowledgeable and hard working. For any transaction there are always details that prove challenging and could potentially derail a sale. City & Counties are an agency that do their upmost to overcome those issues which is of benefit to all involved.
Steer well clear a dishonest and unethical company. A pub in wimbledon came on the market which I was very interested in amd was told to hold out whilst the owner seemed legal advise. Anyway cut a long story short the property quietly sold and completed within days and I was happy to pay over asking. Poor owner who lost out. Steer clear these guys are not ethical...
