I have been visiting the City of London Cemetery since 1967 and attended many funerals there since. The office staff are very obliging and kind. The manager will do every thing in his power to help and make your visit comfortable and pleasant. The beautiful grounds are well kept. There’s a nice tea room, toilets and reasonable florist to save carrying flower. It truly is a beautiful place and easy to forget the sadness for which cemetery's are created. It’s respectful and more like a peaceful and beautiful park. A beautiful resting place and for loved ones to visit. There’s a bus stop practically outside and a car park. Visiting times vary depending on time of year. Highly recommended..

It is a week looked after cemetery. Excellent and beautiful landscaped rose garden.

The sheer scale of this place is immense and it's very easy to get lost. I feel like there could have been some more sign posts to help navigate around as I got lost looking for the traditional chapel where a funeral I was attending was being held. The grounds appeared well kept though and parking was more than ample.

Something needs to be done about the speed of the cars that drive in the cemetery. There are signs that clearly state 10mph but most of the cars are doing 30mph plus, driving like they would on the roads outside & they have no concern for the pedestrians that have to walk on roads. Was really angry at the speed of the cars in there today. It's not only disrespectful but dangerous.

Some areas of this the are in an extremely poor condition. On a recent visit to find my Nan and Grandads grave, it was almost impossible to see any of the grave stones let alone read them.
