There seem to be a lot of negative reviews on here, so I feel I should share my positive experience as of 12/02/2021 I got my results at 8:30am the morning after I had taken my test. The process was very quick and the nurse Kate was very knowledgable and even offered to provide extra info and proof that might help me with the German border directly on email. Three people were also done while I was waiting so whatever difficulties this clinic may have had due to massive demand seem to have been completely dealt with.

Took 5 days to get my test results back when airline requires results within 72 hours. I did not receive these in time for my flight check in and had to pay for another test with a different provider. I appreciate CityDoc relies on couriers to get the sample to the lab, but for a time sensitive service, if these SLAs can't be met, the service should not be offered. I have raised a complaint with CityDoc but yet to hear anything back from them. The least they can do at this point is offer refunds. Do not recommend the service.
Total joke... website said would post fit to travel test next working day. Took my 100 special offer Easy Jet price, then didn't post test. Tried to call them and after 1 hour my call was answered who could not deal with my inquiry and told me all she could do was email a team, so asked for a refund and she couldn't deal with that either, I have to email a team for that! Booked a Rapid drive through test at Gatwick for 60 appointment within an hour and results within 24. TOTAL SHOCKING SERVICE FROM CITYDOC
Excellent service. The bad reviews are down to their old lab being located outside of London. We got our results the next day. Would recommend!
Botched my in-clinic test, informed me 2 and a half hours before my flight approximately 66 hours after taking the test. Am now struggling to get a refund and compensation has been refused out of hand. This also has to be done by email as the telephone customer services team don’t have the ability to do anything. They also don’t accept responsibility for the Covid test being for the purpose of getting you on a flight despite it being referral by British Airways. This is why compensation is refused. Please avoid and just get a test at the airport, much more efficient and knowledgeable.
