absolutely incredible service. I have been going here for about ten years and i have to say that each and every time i have always left with a smile on my face. Beautiful top quality glasses, great price and honest opinions. I have lost count on the amount of times i have sat on my glasses and Clair Vision has had them ready for me the same day! Thank you Claire and her wonderful team for everything you have done!

Very poor experience. I was expecting far better after seeing the 5-star reviews. I honestly feel I would have done better at Vision Express or SpecSavers. It started from the beginning when the person who took my eye test seemed to completely mess up the prescription. The glasses I got (after almost a week waiting) just didn't seem right. I put it down to just getting used to a new prescription. After a day comparing them to my old pair I found the new ones were far WORSE so I took them back. The lady I spoke to (possibly the eponymous Clair?) was very helpful and got the prescription checked. She found a discrepancy somewhere (I wasn't told what) and the took them back to get them corrected. I got them back later that afternoon. They were much better but I still felt my old pair were better. I've gone back to using my old pair and the new ones are just a 220 paperweight.
