I was totally ignored by this company twice in a year despite they being in charge of my heating unit. The way they behaved was really shocking; really nice words on the phone but nothing else than that despite trying to get their help for weeks and contacting them in every single way I was able to. One of those cases in which they already have the contract from the HA so they simply ignore the residents because their money is already guaranteed. One of those companies you hope you never have to deal with.

Absolutely appalling. Our HIU in out block of flats is broken. So many issues with this company I don't even know where to begin. Heating system has been broken for 3 months ,every time clean heat come out to repair it, it works for less than 24 hours and is broken again. They then find a part and take 6 weeks for every part to be ordered. They don't seem to have any parts in stock. Not only that but they will tell you the part is due to come next week and then on the day it is supposed to be delivered, they say that is will come in 6 weeks. They then refused to tell us the specific part so that we could ask another company to source it. They were then extremely obstructive on the phone and refused to engage with us any further even though we have paid them hundreds of pounds to come out and diagnose the problem. Now they refuse to take any calls from me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Been working with Lee and the team for over 7 years now and love working with the whole team. Very swift in communication and the engineers are a great group. Do a cracking job.
Despicable service. These people should be in jail. They intentionally kept hitting/breaking our boilers over and over so they'd be called out to fix them. This went on for years and cost us over 100K plus in repairs. We did not know damage was intentional (who does that?!) until we took our property managers to court (Rendall & Rittner, also to be avoided at all costs) and we had expert plumbers assess our boilers - it just seemed weird that new communal boilers would need repairing every few months. That is when we discovered that they were being damaged intentionally by CleanHeat and R&R (they have been using CleanHeat services for over 15 years, still today).
Wasted our time. Had an engineer come out and make a diagnosis that it would could 700 to fix a HIU. Said it would be done in a few days. Then blamed Brexit for not getting the parts. If it was clear that it would take longer than a week to source parts, or if they were proactive at communicating with me, it would have been ok as I’d be able to source alternatives. In this instance, we were left without water for a week, and then had to scramble to find parts elsewhere. In the end had another company solve the issue for half the price in 2 days.
Friendly and reliable team. Think some of the reviews I can see below are misdirected though!
Still having issues with the boilers as they never addressed the underlying problem just let us call them out for emergency fees over and over again!, put our block in debt and are demanding their money on things the poorly maintained. Stay away is my advise.
