Absolutely horrendous, Been using bitcoins for many years, and can safely say this was the worst experience I have had. So deceitful, they advertise low 5 deposit with no fees. After putting in 10, after fees I'm left with 0.60. Deposit amount: 10 (wont let me buy bitcoins, have to put it in fiat first) Deposit fee: 0.50 Change to btc fee: 0.40 They said my reference was incorrect, although I used the one they gave me: 5 admin fee To withdraw my bitcoins for my purchase: 3.50 fee Final amount: 0.60 Complete con artists - STAY CLEAR unregulated company's like this is why bitcoin isn't moving forward

I transferred BTC to CoinBurp, converted it to GBP and then requested a withdrawal to my fiat bank account. All went very well until the cash withdrawal, and then I get an email saying that due to \technical difficulties\ they are unable to send my money to my bank account but are \working on it\. However the issues appear to have been genuine and the money was in my account about 4 hours later (i.e. after about 28 hours), though a bit of a tense time!
