CollectiveTECH is a collaborative work centre in London, Ontario, where local businesses and highly skilled job seekers come together to experience innovation, growth, and development. We were founded in 2018 as a pilot project in partnership with the Local Employment Planning Council and the Elgin Middlesex Oxford Workforce Planning and Development Board. Our mission is to provide a link between skilled individuals looking for meaningful employment opportunities and projects that enhance growth for small and medium-sized enterprises. Through CollectiveTECH, local businesses can benefit from added gains in productivity; access a pool of talented and skilled individuals to fulfill their hiring needs; and build a stronger knowledge base through innovative projects. Job seekers benefit by gaining meaningful, paid work experience; networking opportunities with prospective employers; and collaborative, engaging tasks done alongside like-minded peers.
