Congruent Consulting was founded out of - and as a reaction to - our experience and knowledge of the claims, expert witness and litigation services that have developed around construction disputes, and the experience of many construction clients who have found that a dispute can over take their project teams, company management and costs. ​ We advise clients at each stage from the point at which they consider procurement strategies or are reviewing proposals for a project. Our aim is to provide advice at each stage, to avoid, mitigate or facilitate resolution of disputes. Where a dispute is unavoidable, we work with clients to minimise the substance of disputes that do escalate beyond inter business negotiations.
