Even though KM were not successful with their bid, Dimitar remained professional throughout, understood the reasons behind our decision and continued to offer advice and support throughout the project if required. I would like to recommend Dimitar and his team from KM for any construction ideas that you may have in mind. I just had a full house renovation and a large single storey rear extension done by them. Dimitar is honest, trustworthy and a man of his word. From the first meeting till now, he delivered the project to the highest specification and timescale that he promised. His team has always been very considerate with the neighbours and no concerns have been raised. I was unable to oversee the project on a daily basis but I entrusted Dimitar with the project and he has exceeded my expectations on the quality of finish delivered in a timely manner at all times. Dimitar is just doing the final bits and pieces and we are hoping to move in soon. Thank you KM for all your hard work and hope to work with you in again the near future!

I really liked the building works completed in my flat and found Dimitar and the workers easy to communicate with and they were hard workers. Sadly, my shower leaks and has since it was installed and for the last 2 months I have been trying to get it repaired but Dimitar either does not answer my calls or says he will get back to me and doesn't. The work is still under warranty and I have a leaking shower and sealant that has come lose on the bath, allowing water to get in behind

The KM team were always polite and considerate. They did all they could to help us stay comfortable while major works were going on. We had to add a replastering job into the spec after finding the condition of existing was not as good as we had thought, but this didn't add too much of a delay. We had dialogue with the team on the ground and with Dimitar, who project managed very conscientiously. Never had a problem getting hold of him to discuss plans/ change of plans. Everything was completed to a high standard. Very happy with the work they have done. We would (and have already) happily recommend Dimitar and team to friends and family.
