Took a beginner class for a friend's birthday and it was so much fun! The instructor was very helpful and patient with us! I would definitely recommend attending a class here it's very good for both beginners and more advanced artists

Gifted a pottery class to my family members for Christmas, had a private class and we learned so much. David is an excellent instructor, patient and knows his craft. Once Covid hit - we also rented a pottery wheel - such an incredible opportunity. Myself and my kids aged 11-7 were successful at creating pieces. Can't recommend highly enough!
Love love love! Came in looking for a mug to take back with me to BC, and was so surprised to see how many gorgeous options there were! David makes some beautiful and functional dishes, and he was so helpful and accommodating. Yvette was also so generous and makes really adorable pottery for all you pet lovers out there! Will definitely be back!
So thankful I stumbled across Cottage Pottery Studio last June while taking a walk. After taking a 4 week class, I was hooked. The studio has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. David and Noel are knowledgable and patient teachers for all levels of learners. There is a supportive and kind community, and it feels like a mini-vacation each time I visit. I'm especially grateful that their care packages have let me bring my hobby into my home during the pandemic. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking to work with clay or just want to try something new. Thank you!
Wow, we are so grateful for Cottage Pottery Studio! They offer such a wife variety of courses and options to accommodate a variety of skill level and availability. My partner and I had no experience with pottery, but felt very comfortable and at ease learning from Noel. Noel offered help when we asked for it but didn't entirely take over. He has a great sense of humour and made us feel very comfortable! We could tell he loves what he does. We were allowed to take home the pieces we made and Noel made sure that everyone in the class had at least one successful piece to bring home. We can't wait to bring our friends and family for private events and/or take a 4-week course. This is a hidden gem in downtown London and we cannot recommend it enough to anyone who is curious about pottery or anyone who is experienced and looking for a creative space. Thank you so much David and Noel and we hope to see you again soon. We will post a picture of our pieces once they are finished.

Friday Night Valentines Date Night was amazingly fun! David was an absolute gem of an instructor—super helpful, super patient, and really wanting everyone to learn and have a good time. Great for people new to throwing, and I'm sure experienced potters would really enjoy this place too. Would highly recommend for those just learning or wanting to try something new and different (as this is what I was!) and will definitely be back to make some more pottery.
What I love about the Cottage Pottery Studio is the variety of programming available for anyone, from those who are touching Clay for the first time to experienced potters. As a pottery instructor myself, David & Noel are an extremely valuable resource in helping me to achieve my goals. They are always willing to help their students to the next level. And if making is not your jam, the shop is filled with an amazing variety of well priced, beautiful quality pieces to take home.
