Superb customer service. I was discussing with my husband the lack of good customer service in many areas. nowadays (forgive me for sounding as though I were 150 years old!). We agreed that the one place we know we will get tip top service is with Country Club UK. Not only are the staff easily reached, they are all extremely friendly and, crucially, incredibly efficient. They go above and beyond what you might expect. I recently bought a cashmere poncho they were advertising. It is being sent to a friend so the billing and delivery address are not the same. I thought I would write under separate cover to my friend to explain what was coming. I was delighted to get a call from Julie at Country Club who asked if I would like to include a card as she saw that the poncho was going to someone other than myself. How incredibly thoughtful! Not only that but the cashmere poncho is really well priced and very high quality. Well done Country Club.

I have been a member for many years and this is the one club anyone can and should belong to. The offers available are amazing, the staff are so friendly and helpful, I have never been disappointed. The staff are open to suggestions as to which offers they should pursue and are very knowledgeable thus their advice is excellent. Personally I believe membership to be worth every penny.

Been a member for several years. Excellent bargains to be had in abundance - hotels, flights, ready made holidays, food, drink, clothing - all of which are delivered in a friendly and efficient manner by staff that really do go the extra mile. I recover the small cost of my membership several times over each year.

I needed help with organising a two day visit by Belgian clients in London and was at a loss as to where to go, which would be a change for them - they come occasionally to London anyway. CCUK were fantastic and not only made intelligent suggestions within my budget, but booked everything for the party of four - the hotel, the restaurants and gave me excellent guidance on which of the Thames cruises to take them on. So impressed were they that one has become a member. Oh, and they loved this particular London trip. Very impressive; well done CCUK.
