Terrible customer service. I had to constantly chase in order to see any progress. They kept telling me the job was very easy and they had plenty of time, but it still arrived late. The quality of the order was also poor, with little attention to detail. For what you pay, this was incredibly disappointing. No accountability for mistakes, offers of discount or offers to re-do. Would highly recommend that you avoid these guys!

Zero stars would be be better. Order arrived looking very poor quality and original sample we sent in to match was missing. Took weeks and weeks to get any action from them, emails were ignored, messages were not passed on when phoned when they did sporadically answer the phone. It took offering to visit their London office when I was in the area to finally get a personal phone call saying new awards would be made. Weeks down the line still nothing, another phone call and promises of awards, and now still nothing. Our original award has not been returned either. Absolutely dismal customer service - or lack there of.
Jack, Steve and the team were great in fulfilling my order and my ideas for a design very quickly. I would easily recommend them to anyone looking for something like this in such a niche business. Great job guys! Everyone at the gala loved the awards!

The team at Creative were great guys to work with. Steve and co are creative problem solvers - whilst getting my final product done was by no means easy given the brief - and we had a few tries before we were all happy! I was really pleased with the options I was presented with and the prototypes were approved.The final items were made to an excellent standard. I'd definitely work with these guys again on future projects.
Superb custom made awards with rapid turnaround and real attention to detail. Have used again since, will be using again in the future. Excellent service too.
