The keyboard in my Mac BookPro failed and Creative IT where the only ones that could find a replacement for my US Layout. The process could not have been simpler and Sam was very helpful during all stages of the purchase. He was also very proactive and noticed some faults in the battery, they had swollen and recommended but not pushed for a replacement. On seeing photos of the fault I had them replaced. He also noticed a faulty speaker and replaced it free of charge. I highly recommend Creative IT and would use them again without hesitation.

Had a broken power button on my laptop, pesky kids pushing too hard. Fixing these requires total disassembly so decided it was a job for a professional. Friendly, no nonsense service, knowledgeable team, no promises about the fix but given a couple of quotes pending investigation, minimum charge for a laptop 45. Dropped it off in the morning, fixed by the evening, not cheap, but the repair has a 90 day warranty. I will definitely consider them again.
I had my PS4 repaired here quickly and efficiently by the team, when other places had tried to upset a new hard drive replacement. Honest, good value and great service.
