Ordered via the website as this is a dark kitchen. My order was rejected due to the order being out of stock. This was communicated to me by an email which went straight to the spam folder as is standard with third-party e-commerce stores. I saw this email an hour later. The order form requires a phone number but the staff did not call or text. In fact, the order submission page says: "orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted" The website also says: "live stock levels apply" Evidently, live stock levels do not apply, and orders may be cancelled by Crosstown. The fault lies with staff who are either incompetent or lazy.
