Never answer the phone, attitude is animal. Doctors aren't much better. Just wanted to find out if my mother could get vaccinated as she is over 80 as I've no idea what their vaccine policy is. If this were a private business it would close within days.

Dr Hennah called me today as arranged some 3 weeks ago and I was more than happy with the service I received. She is a kind, understanding and reassuring GP at this practice and in the past year or so the practice has improved greatly - which was not always the case in the past. I am very happy with the staff's and doctors' helpful attitudes and especially with Dr. Hennah who is my nominated GP now - long may it last.

This is certainly the best practice I have ever had. Everyone is very kind and competent, receptionists, doctors, EVERYONE! All doctors are really concerned with your well being and your health. I've never had such a good practice like this.

I take anti-depressants which needs to be taken consistently everyday. I requested my meds from crowndale on the Wednesday, and when I went to pick them up on the following Monday they had prescribed the wrong medication. When calling them to correct the situation, I was told that I would have to wait a day for a phone consultation. Absolutely fuming and appalled by their negligence.

I recently moved to the area and was really worried to be able to find a good GP practice. A friend recommended this practice to me. Straight away someone asked me if I wanted anything checked, and when I went to my first appointment (which was from the prompts) I was welcomed by caring staff and professional technical service from Gill, one of the specialist nurses. They then followed up with an appointment elsewhere which were really booked up. Gary on reception went over and above the call of duty. he realised I had been having trouble getting through on the busy phone lines, and he was able to diarise and secure the relevant appointment at a specialist clinic elsewhere when it came up, and he had it ready when I went in again. If he had waited for me to come in, all the appointments there would have gone for another month. I am very reassured and delighted with my choice of GP practice. Many will take the time to publicise a complaint, but it is not so often people will take the time to publish a thank you, which may be why some bad reviews show up here. I am really pleased with the service I have received, under global difficult times. Gary is an excellent ambassador for the face of the practice. Thank you.
