Hardly any staff to help when I needed some information on products. Had to rely on my own research and knowledge. I have found that when I do find staff, they know no more than I do about the product and have to read the labels in front of it.....I usually have already done that myself before I've asked them, so what's the point.

If you a collecting an on line order read all the instructions on the collection notes. You have to use the currys app to tell them when you arrive at the shop. It is an organised system only if you follow the instructions

Arrived in Friday morning. Told the sales guy I wanted to buy a big TV that morning but I don't know much about TVs so he's need to advise me. He knew nothing and could only Google TV stats on his staff ipad to answer basic questions. He didn't care. His final recommendation was that I go online and buy it. Which I will (not on Currys).
