Please don’t have anyone picking up the phone have an attitude. I received a call with no message left. When calling back I was greeted with a very unkind woman who seemed to have no interest answering that phone. I understand answering phones isn’t the most exciting of jobs however you are in customer service. You can even pretend!

The 2 gentleman who just delivered my ikea furniture (didn't get their names unfortunately) were so kind and helpful. They saw it was just me by myself and when I told them I lived on the third floor they wouldn't let me carry anything or leave anything in the ground floor till I could find help. They carried it all up for me, were helpful, respectful and incredibly nice. Thank you so much guys for helping me
