Ray was so rude, so opinionated and I found it impossible to work with. Slow response, and expensive fee. I gave up and found someone much easier to work with, much more reasonally priced, and with understanding towards more modern ad contemporary design, rather than stuck in a very standard boring traditional design.

Informative pre inspection introduction talk, then lengthy and thorough appraisal of the property, followed by feedback of summary thoughts. Thereafter, comprehensive written report received in a timely manner by email and post. Excellent throughout. Has extensive knowledge of North London properties.

Very pleased with their service. Had concerns about my shop structure, Ray visited we discussed the issues and he delivered a comprehensive report with recommendations that I could pass straight to my builder. I had read some less than positive reviews about DMC which I duly noted, but his price was reasonable and I proceeded. I dont write many reviews, but will here as I had a good experience, would recommend and use again. Only one minor fault, report was 3 days later than I thought we had agreed on site... but then my builder was 3 weeks late! Thanks

We've had Ray visit our property twice and was always very accommodating and happy to explain things and answer questions in a very straightforward and easy to understand way. Even recommended him to some neighbours who also reported a good experience...
