Day and Bell are the managing agents for the premises that we, until recently, rented for 12 years. Over the course of our tenancy we found them to be approachable, flexible and professional. If we had not moved due to a geographic change, we would have happily continued to rent our premises via their agency.

I could not agree with Steve Chalmers and Gergely Kadas more. I strongly recommend you to look elsewhere for your Management Services. One of their staff even tried to make an absurd distinction between edecoration and repair\, why not ask them about it! If they post that they don't know me , it is yet another attempt to avoid being open and transparent. Ardern- not a common name. Would Mr John Ardern who posts a positive review be any relation to Ms Jane Ardern who works for Day and Bell?? Day and Bell- fall very short of expectation and their own on line pledges!
