Between my partner and myself we have bought three new cars from Dees, Wimbledon within the last 7 years. My partner called them three weeks ago about buying another new car, he was told he would be called back next day with a quote. Three weeks later nothing! These companies are supposed to be struggling during Covid and they've looked a gift horse in the mouth. Very poor!

First class service, exceptionally knowledgeable staff from reception through to the parts department. I drove over 100 miles to buy this car and will definitely consider Baris Kavalli and Dees of Wimbledon for my next car. The sales experience was excellent. Never at any point in the transaction did I feel they were just trying to sell me a car. I felt the long term relationship was more important to Dees than just the one car!
Wrote off my car, wanted to charge for a new motor 7K total and told me the head gasket was gone. Complete lie as car was running, something not possible with a blown head gasket. I basically payed 150 for a report that was a lie. Had it fixed for 10% of their quote and car is running great for a month now. Do not recommend.
Had my car in for annual service and MOT. Normally very efficient garage. But they neglected to do the all important MOT. To their credit they did it speedily the following day.
By far the worst customer service I ever experienced in any dealership I have been in my life ! The lady at reception was very unfriendly. She asked us why we are there and we told her we are looking to buy a new mustang after waiting for over 45 minutes one of the Sales Colleagues came over and said oh sorry we do not sell a Ford Mustang at this dealership. They have a coffee machine for customers that you have to pay for it.
