The most patient, understanding and tolerant dentist I have come across. Dr Mario has my 5 star seal of approval. I am a very nervous patient and I would advise anyone who hates going to the dentist to give him a try, you will not regret it. Overall the practice is very professional and I’m pleased to say that I am a member of their client list.
Came in to fix a chip in my tooth and also later for some whitening. Was very pleased with the results and felt in safe hands. Dr Fozia and her staff are very professional she explained everything really well. Felt completely at ease.
I have been a patient at this practice for many years and have received excellent treatment from all the staff in that time, from the routine checkup to the regular hygiene appointments. Recently I have had a composite bonding treatment to fill gaps and correct a chip in my front teeth. This work was carried out by Mario and I cannot praise him enough for the cosmetic dentistry he performed. It has completely transformed my smile and has boosted my confidence especially when the camera appears! Will not consider going anywhere else whilst I receive such excellent service.
Went for an extraction and new dentures, as usual, I was dreading visiting a dentist. however superb service and a totally pain free extraction . ( I have had a few , so this was great ) . Staff were pleasant , and friendly. Only reason for not 5 stars was the delay, ( 20 mins ) , but the reason was explained ( late arrival of previous patient ) and tea/coffee offered.
I used Mario and the team as I wanted to straighten my teeth and achieve a more 'hollywood' smile. I went with the option of six month braces that Mario recommended. They made the process very easy and most importantly delivered a great result which I am over the moon with. Wouldn't go anywhere else for future treatment.
The clinic manager having heard just how unhappy I was (she was off sick) has rung to completely rectify the situation I mention below, and as with all the rest of the general clinic staff I met today, was very sweet. Wish had read reviews beforehand ' we always welcome feedback' but they don't take it on board. Was charged more than she had told the staff member when i booked. Owner bullied her assistant (who was very sweet) in front of me, gave me the most painful hygiene clean I have ever had and I've had quite a few, and talked at me, lecturing me as opposed to treating me with any respect. I don't know how her staff are still there, they deserve a pay rise for putting up with how she treats people. I will definitely not be going back there ever!!!
This practice is not only immaculately clean with friendly staff. Whilst waiting I was impressed with the volume of positive patients feedback given to the dentist's, and staff just lovely to hear before been seen myself.
