I was with Vonage for my single business line, I quickly found out is was terrible. Having moved to Go/Deskphone I couldn’t be happier. Call quality is spot on, they moved my number over without any trouble and the customer service is simply amazing. I’ve had a couple of minor queries (checking settings and uploading outgoing voicemail) and have received fast and friendly help, all in a language I can understand. I’d recommend deskphone to all, even us very low usage customers get first class support.

Unfortunately I called today for help with changing the forwarding phone number. A lady answered the phone who said that she could not help me but would ask a college to send me an email regarding the issue. Unfortunately she was very obnoxious and condescending regarding my problem. An email was not what was required. This is not service, this a person not bothered about your customers.
