I have been working with Dexters Hammersmith for multiple months now. My direct agent has been Carla. She is not only the sweetest out there but also very professional. She genuinely cares for you as a client, shows patience and spends time showing flats as many times as you may need, which is so important in making a big decision like buying a home, especially if it’s your first. It is not a process that needs rushing and she showed understanding every time I had to change my mind about a flat I viewed. I have dealt with many agents across different agencies. No one to date has been as understanding, patient and kind as she has been. Typically unprofessional agents will make sure you feel as if you are wasting their time and they end up being less and less responsive or just blatantly rude in their communication style. Carla builds relationships and maintains those relationships whether you buy a home today or a year down the line. I lost count of the times I ran into her on the street, where we converse like friends for many years. You trust her and genuinely want to work with her. That’s all you need! If and when I fortunately buy a home working with her, Carla will be at that house warming party, quite possibly having a much deserved drink and shouting “finally”! :-) She is the kind of awesome agent you would want to work with wherever she goes!
