Nice Stalin

Antisocial behaviour and gang activity is ignored and brushed under the carpet. TMO only fit to organise social events, can't cope with real challenges. Going downhill fast!

TMO refused to deal with a re-occurring leakage into my leasehold property (from the flat above managed by TMO). Initially, they claimed the problem had been solved. When it returned they, I was told there was no evidence that the leak was coming from the property managed by them and I had to call out my own plumber. If it it transpired that it was coming from this property, any costs would be reimbursed by TMO. It cost me in the region of 1500 for call out and repairing the extensive damage caused by the leak which Was from this property. When I approached TMO the following day, they LIED; claiming that they wouldn't actually be able to reimburse what i payed or even take responsibility for my destroyed wall, floor and ceiling.
