I must say the people working there need to fix up. They aren't very helpful and come accross as having an attitude. They have a Hermes parcel return service which is very useful. They always seem to be out of receipts for returning parcels - JUST ASK FOR MORE if you use them up alot! I seem to know more about how the process works than they do also! Well stocked for such a small palce which it never used to be like this which is good but honestly the people working there need to fix up.
Hermes parcel drop of store said to big for driver to take back and it would be left. After passing my concerns over to Hermes which was impossible never got through at all zero. Be prepared to carry your returns around with you or just go to a good old fashioned post office any size any where. Royal mail
Very friendly staff and opens until 10.30pm now which is very handy. Also very convenient for returning and picking up parcels as it does a returns/ pick up collection point for parcels. The shop is always well stocked too! I even picked up proper maple syrup in there for my pancakes :)
