Excellent service from Diamond Tailoring. Here I had my bridesmaid dress altered. My dress that I had purchased from a boutique was big, out of shape, creased and not true to size. Michelle took her time to measure the dress against me and took less than a week to recreate it. The shop is clean, the staff are very friendly. Convenient as parking is close by. I would give no stars if I could, so annoyed and disappointed with their service. Handed in a pair of jeans to be repaired, paid and arranged for garment to be collected next day as agreed. Due to an urgent matter on my part I could not pick up the garment till 2 days after the agreed time. When I arrived to pick up my garment I was told it wasn't done. It had not even been touched. And then this woman expected me to wait for her to do the job she should have done 3 and a half days ago. Ridiculous. Not even an apology. To top it off she expected me to wait in store while she finished a garment then she would do mine. Lackadaisical and unprofessional.
Fantastic service, highly recommended. I called on Saturday morning - husbands new suit trousers needed taking up fairly urgently. Collected them the same day at 1400, beautifully done. They have a fitting room so made sure the length was right - lifesaver! I will be back!
Excellent,fast Service. Made a much loved Leather Jacket wearable again. Sleeves were way too long and they shortened them from the top of the sleeve to save the Fluted Cuff. Fantastic job. You would not know it had been touched. Thank you so much. I am now looking for other Clothing that can be saved.
